I have been busy focusing on my new position of working for the City and getting up to speed on everything. Chatt311 is the first major training project that I worked on in the Project Management Office.  Chatt311 is the new service request system used by residents, 311 call center, and city employees. Every department from City Wide Services to the Mayor’s office will be affected by this major application deployment. My job? Making sure everyone is trained and ready to go when the application goes live and continue to train employees as needed. This was a great project for learning about City Government and meeting a lot of new faces. The mobile app can be found at the apps store, free to install.  This video was just one small part of the online course used to train employees.
