Records and Information Management. I have been working with a team to get the City of Chattanooga employees up to speed on organizing their emails for record retention.  A very important item for employees to be always thinking about, so we retain the legal records that are needed and that they can quickly be accessed for any open record request. The RIM website covers the policy and procedures. Using Google’s labels, filters, and searching features were covered with the employees.
